Jeremy and Tiffany Ulrich of House Springs announce the birth of their second child, Sylvester Lynn, 18 3⁄4 inches, 6 pounds, 5 ounces. He was born Aug. 4 at St. Anthony’s Medical Center.
Elder child is Shaley Lynn, 6.
Maternal grandparents are Dennis and Vickie Hodges of House Springs.
Paternal grandparents are Raymond Ulrich of House Springs and Stacey Ulrich of Cedar Hill.
