Oakville High School seniors Daniel Stefanus and Lauren Chapman are finalists in the 2010 National Merit Scholarship Program. The two are among only 15,000 seniors nationwide to receive the honor. They were named finalists based on their outstanding academic records, high SAT scores, letters of recommendation and detailed applications. Chapman plans to attend Washington University in the fall while Stefanus will enroll at Duke University.
