Sarah Bills and Dr. Joshua Kilpatrick were married April 8 at the Twin Rivers Worship Center by Pastor John Moore.
The bride is the daughter of Tom and Barb Bills of St. Louis. The groom is the son of Arnold and Patti Kilpatrick of Jasper, Ala.
The maid of honor was Christie Bills. Bridesmaids were Jamie Farley, Stephanie Bills, Jessica Sexton, Bethany Williams, Shannon Bee, Erin Battersby, Jackie Kruse and Andrea Spegal.
The best man was Arnold Kilpatrick, the groom’s father. Groomsmen were Jamie Lee, Shane Perkins, Matt Bills, Tom Bills, Bryan Farley, Jason Riley, Dr. Andrew Mutter and Dr. Leif Olson.
The flower girl was Blakely Julian. The ringbearer was Gabriel Miller. Ushers were Tim Sartori and Dr. Rocky Sexton.
A reception took place at the Tapawingo Golf Club in Sunset Hills.
After a honeymoon trip to Hawaii, the couple moved to Creve Coeur.
