Tyler Yost
Tyler Yost from Troop 752 of Beasley Elementary School has achieved the rank of Eagle Scout.
His Eagle project consisted of building a 10-foot-by-20-foot wooden sun shelter for Treehouse Preschool at St. Paul’s United Church of Christ on Telegraph Road.
Tyler has earned 27 merit badges, held numerous leadership positions within his troop, attained Brotherhood within the Order of the Arrow and went to Philmont High Adventure Scout Ranch in New Mexico.
His Eagle Court of Honor took place this summer at St. Paul’s United Church of Christ.
Tyler follows in the footsteps of his older brother Andy, who became an Eagle Scout in 2006.
A senior at Mehlvlle High School, he is the son of Karen and Joe Yost.
