The first Lucky Lindy’s Texas Hold ’em Tournament to benefit Lindbergh Schools Foundation scholarships and teacher grants will take place Friday, Jan. 7, at Royale Orleans, 2801 Telegraph Road.
The event will feature cash payouts, prizes, an Italian dinner from Giuseppe’s and a cash bar. Doors open at 6 p.m. for the tournament, which will be managed by the St. Raymond’s Men’s Club. Dinner and Texas Hold ’em school begin at 6:30 p.m. and tournament play starts at 7:30 p.m.
Reservations cost $60 for individual players and $20 for spectators and can be made by calling (636) 230-4000. Tables of eight also are available.
