Toni Nicole Van Damme, 34, died June 27.
She was the beloved daughter of Patricia Tolie and the late August Van Damme; loving fiancé of Sam McDonald; dear sister of Christopher (Lynette) Van Damme and Brendan (Joanne) Bovaconti; and dear aunt of Courtney and Brittney Van Damme, Haiden LaRue and Eva Jimenez.
A memorial gathering took place at Fey Funeral Home.
Memorial donations may be made to the American Diabetes Association.
