Whether trash districts in St. Louis County are a good idea or not I’ll leave to others to discuss, but I am surprised at all the outrage expressed on this subject.
However, it seems that no one in south county is equally outraged by the requirement that single-family dwellings as of July 1 now require an inspection by St. Louis County and an occupancy permit before they can be sold.
I think it’s time to reconsider establishing the city of South Pointe. I’m ready to sign a petition. Where do I send my dollar?
