I am wondering if Tom Diehl, Mike Becker and Forrest Miller would like to spearhead a committee to incorporate Oakville, Mehlville and possibly Concord Village as the time is ripe to throw off the bonds of St. Louis County government with its Metro tax, county trash service and the Baumgartner Road trash-transfer station.
I’m 72 years old and have been an Oakville resident for 47 years.
I feel that with their leadership, an incorporation effort could succeed and I would certainly want to help on this as the time is now.
