The Mehlville Fire District Board of Directors promoted Tom Viviano, pictured above right with Chief Brian Hendricks, to captain Aug. 22.  Viviano came to the MFPD in 2005 and lives in Oakville with his wife, Stephanie, and three sons, Nick, Drew and Matt.  He has been assigned to Engine Company 1730.
