Paul and Torre Tessmer of St. Louis announce the birth of their second child, Hope Serene Grace, 21 inches, 8 pounds, 13 ounces. She was born June 23 at St. Clare Health Center.

Maternal grandmother is Jan Reece of St. Louis.

Paternal grandparents are Dolores Tessmer and Randy Conway of House Springs.
