Under a proposal from real-estate firm and property owner Sansone Group, the Shoppes at Sunset Hills Community Improvement District would establish a 1-cent sales tax to fund improvements at the former Toys R Us and Ross Dress For Less, 3600 Lindbergh Blvd., including bringing in a new anchor tenant. According to the proposal, the tenant would be a grocery-user; a grocery store has long been wanted in the city limits of Sunset Hills.
