The Sunset Hills Parks and Recreation Department’s Summer Concert Series starts Thursday, June 21 and continues with weekly concerts on Thursday nights through July 12 at the Aquatic Center, 12512 W. Watson Road.
The events start at 5 p.m. with food served from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. Each Thursday, the concert starts at 6 p.m. and finishes up at 8 p.m. The concert series will be held in the pool parking lot in front of the Sunset Hills bandstand. The events will also have a rotation of featured food trucks for families that want to purchase dinner before the concert.
The concert series will feature the bands Paths of Totality Thursday, with future concerts from The Stuntmen, The Matching Shoe and The Wild Housekats.
Food from TasteDBurger, Blues Fired Pizza, Harvest Express, Curbside Cookery and Kona Ice will be available.
