The county Planning Commission will hold a public hearing next week on a request to build a 13-acre subdivision of single-family residences near Oakville Elementary School.
The Planning Commission will meet at 7 p.m. Monday, Oct. 19, in the County Council Chambers at the Administration Building, 41 S. Central Ave., Clayton.
Pinnacle Land Development is requesting a change of zoning from the R-2, 15,000-square-foot residence district to the R-3, 10,000-square-foot residence district with a planned environment unit, or PEU, at 2953 Yaeger Road, 2957 Yaeger and 3021 Yaeger Road. The site is roughly 780 feet west of Milburn Road in the Mehlville School District.
