Lindbergh High School and South Tech junior Nathan Comerio recently earned a first-place gold medal in the SkillsUSA State Championships in Welding Sculpture.
Following his big win, Comerio will compete in the SkillsUSA National Championships, set next week in Kansas City. SkillsUSA is an international organization serving high school students who participate in career and technical majors.
