Holly Rozhon, daughter of Lois Rozhon and the late Ladd Rozhon of Oakville, and William Carpenter, son of Raymond and Elizabeth Car-penter of Berkeley, announce their engagement and forthcoming marriage.
Rozhon is a 2002 graduate of the University of Missouri-St. Louis, where she earned a bachelor’s de-gree in communications. She is em-ployed by Edwards Jones as a support specialist.
Her fiancé, Carpenter, is attending St. Louis Community College to earn a degree in horticulture. He is employed by the city of Clayton as an arborist.
The couple plan to be married Sat-urday, Oct. 22, at St. Margaret Mary Alacoque in Oakville.
