St. Louis County residents among 139 Ole Miss study abroad students

One south county student attending the University of Mississippi, or Ole Miss, will study abroad during the 2012-2013 academic year.

Sophomore Chinese major Andrew Koch will study in China this fall. Two other students from the St. Louis area also will study abroad. Sophomore business-undecided major Christopher Pryor will study in France. Junior managerial finance major James Conrad also will study in France.

These three students from St. Louis County are among 139 University of Mississippi students who have chosen to enrich their University of Mississippi, also known as Ole Miss, experience by studying in another country during the 2012-13 academic year, according to a news release.

The group comprises six students scheduled to study abroad both semesters, 56 for the fall semester and 77 for spring. The fall semester students are scheduled to return home around mid-December, the release stated.
