Norm Toon has been promoted to vice president at Southern Commercial Bank. He is a commercial lender at Southern Commercial’s branch at South Lindbergh Boulevard and Union Road.
Prior to joining Southern Commercial Bank two years ago, Toon was a lender at MidWest Bank Centres. He is a graduate of the University of Missouri-Columbia and earned an MBA at St. Louis University. He and his wife, Cindy, live in Oakville with their son.
