The South County Chamber of Commerce will host its 28th annual dinner auction Saturday, Aug. 25, at the Orlando Gardens Banquet & Conference Center, 4300 Hoffmeister Ave.

This year’s event will feature the theme “Lights, Camera, Action.” Doors open at 6 p.m. Dinner is served at 7 p.m. The $40 per-person cost includes dinner and an open bar. Tables of 10 are available.

“Auction items include trips, jewelry, home accents, tools, toys, lawn furniture and much, much more. Noted talk show host John Carney is the celebrity host for the event,” chamber Board President Fred Baras stated in a news release.
