The Lindbergh Turkey Trot will take place Thanksgiving Day, Nov. 27, on the Lindbergh High School campus, 5000 S. Lindbergh Blvd.

Check-in will be from 8:30 to 8:55 a.m.

The trot will begin at 9 a.m. and will conclude by 10 a.m. Participants can choose a distance of 1 mile or up to 5 miles.

Everyone who walks or runs the campus course will receive a participation medal at the finish line, a news release stated.

Proceeds will benefit a group of Lindbergh High School French students who will participate in a once-in-a-lifetime im-mersion trip to France in June.
