Registration is under way for driver’s education classes being offered by the Mehlville Community Education Department.
The four-week course will meet from 4 to 6:30 p.m. Monday through Thursday beginning Oct. 22 in Room 237 at Oakville Senior High School, 5557 Milburn Road.
The class will meet state requirements, including class time and behind-the-wheel time. Some students may be scheduled to drive on Fridays or weekends.
Students must be 15 years old at the time the class begins.
The fee for the class is $175 for Mehl-ville School District residents and $200 for non-residents.
This fee includes a learner’s permit that entitles students to drive only with licensed driver’s education instructors.
Classes are limited to 24 students. To register, call the Community Education De-partment at (314) 467-5255.
