Scott and Laura Shaw of Sapping-ton announce the birth of their second child, Meghan Ruth, 21 inches, 8 pounds, 4 ounces. She was born March 14 at St. Luke’s Hospital.
Elder child is Jack, 3.
Maternal grandparents are Randall and Margarita Parks of Crestwood.
Paternal grandparents are Steve Shaw and Jessica LaRosa of Cham-paign, Ill. and Candace Clark of San Antonio, Texas.
