Julie Lynn Fowler, daughter of Dan and Sandy Fowler of Oakville, and John Armengol Jr., son of John Sr. and Mary Jane Armengol of Oakville, announce their engagement and forthcoming marriage.

Fowler of Oakville is a graduate of the University of Missouri-St. Louis, where she earned a degree in management information systems. She has been an agent for American Family Insurance for the last five years.

Her fiancé, Armengol, is a graduate of the University of Missouri-Columbia, where he earned a degree in hotel and restaurant management. He is president of Andre’s Banquet Facilities.

The couple plan a September wedding at Andre’s West Banquet Facility.
