Megan Schuetz, daughter of Steve and Patty Schuetz of Oakville, and William Ortmann, son of Ken and Pat Ortmann of St. Louis announce their engagement and forthcoming marriage.
Schuetz of Oakville is a 2008 graduate of St. Louis Community College at Forest Park with a degree in baking and pastry and is employed by Schuetz Produce of St. Louis.
Her fiancé, Ortmann, is a 2008 graduate of St. Louis Community College at Forest Park with two degrees — culinary arts and restaurant management — and is employed by Busch Stadium and Peppertini’s of west county as a chef.
The couple plan an Oct. 18 wedding at St. Johns Evangelical United Church of Christ in south county.
