The Mehlville Board of Education will conduct a listening session Tuesday night for the community to air any concerns to board members or district officials.
The public is invited to the meeting at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday, March 6, at Oakville Middle School, 5950 Telegraph Road in Oakville.
District officials expect that a hot topic will be school security in the wake of the recent school massacre in Parkland, Fla., Superintendent Chris Gaines said.
But the public can ask officials anything, he added.
Residents will be split into groups with various board members and officials to speak about whatever is on their minds.
