School earns MSHSAA honor

Lindbergh High School recently was named a 2002-2003 Leadership School by the Missouri State High School Ac-tivities Association.

The award recognized Lindbergh’s athletes, teams and the athletic program for promoting sportsmanship, team play and personal excellence, and for developing young athletes who make positive contributions to the community.

In a news release, Athletics Director Mike Slyman stated, “This is the third year that Lindbergh High School has been designated as a MSHSAA Lead-ership School. This is a real honor for our students and coaches who work to promote excellence and sportsmanship both on and off the field and court.”
