Lauren Nicole Schenks, daughter of Tom and Carol Schenks of St. Louis, and Brian Christopher Fish, son of Jeff and Maura Fish of Florissant, announce their engagement and forthcoming marriage.
Schenks of St. Louis is a graduate of Quincy University and is employed by the Mehlville School District as an elementary-school teacher.
Her fiancé, Fish, is a graduate of Truman State University and is employed by the Rockwood School District of Chesterfield as a high-school Spanish teacher.
The couple plan a June 9 wedding at the Old Cathedral in St. Louis.
