Robert R. Pazdernik died Nov. 22.
Mr. Pazdernik, a Green Park resident, was a longtime educator, teaching for both the Mehlville School District and DeSmet Jesuit High School. He also served as an engineer for the Illinois Department of Transportation.
Mr. Pazdernik was a member of the Peace Lutheran Church Mens Club and the Couples Club. A member of the Crestwood Elks, he volunteered and taught at Shriners Hospital for Crippled Children.
Survivors include his wife of 41 years, Nancy C. Pazdernik (nee Turner); daughters and sons-in-law, Jodie and Ken Hintze, Jerri Lynn Pazdernik and Julie and Britt Shea; brother and sister-in-law, Rudolph J. and Mary Pazdernik; father-in-law, John Turner; and five grandchildren.
Services and visitation were at Kutis Affton Chapel. Burial was in Sunset Memorial Park Cemetery.
