Gina and Jason Rhodes of St. Louis announce the birth of their second child, Jocelyn Eve, 21 1/2 inches, 8 pounds, 9 ounces. She was born Jan. 7 at St. Johns Mercy Medical Center.
Elder child includes Preston Michael, 22 months.
Maternal grandparents are Dave and Diane Garibaldi of St. Louis. Paternal grandparents are Gary and Marty Rhodes and Kathy Rhodes, St. Louis.
