Registration for the third session of the county Department of Park and Recreation’s Learn to Skate program at the Kennedy Recreation Complex, 6050 Wells Road, will begin Tuesday, Dec. 16.
Skating programs for those 31⁄2 years old to adults will be offered.
Registration can be done in person or by calling (314) 894-3089 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. weekdays.
