Realty Executives of St. Louis recently opened a new, 10,600-square-foot office building at 12016 Tesson Ferry Road.

The company led by Ron, Gerry, Todd and Chris Matoushek, longtime St. Louis real estate family, converted to the Realty Executives franchise in November 2003. After less than two years of operation, the office has nearly doubled in size and is now approaching nearly 100 real estate agents.

“We are thrilled to be in our own building, which we especially designed to meet the needs of real estate agents today and in the future,” said broker/owner Ron Matoushek.

The Matousheks have operated a family-owned residential real estate business in the area for 17 years.

The $2 million building project took less than a year to complete and features luxurious interiors with park-like outdoor features adjacent to the office. Other amenities include up-to-date wiring for telephone and computers.

Realty Home Mortgage, an affiliate of Wells Fargo Home Mortgage, and Investors Title have offices and personnel in the new Realty Executives office creating a one-stop shop for local homebuyers and sellers.

Realty Executives of St. Louis is part of the Realty Executives Mid-America Region, which oversees 35 offices in Missouri and Kansas with more than 1,000 executives.
