What is the reason to build a new library at Gravois and Musick?

When was this decided? Why wasn’t it presented to the residents to vote on it? Where were our south county representatives at the time that this was being decided upon? It seems like the greater part of the money is needed for the streets adjustment.

I say stay with the present location.
