Voters of Oakville, do you remember the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development-subsidized senior living project built on Telegraph Road next to a preschool?
How short is our memory that we forget how 6th District County Councilman Steve Stenger turned his back on the people of Oakville?
We needed him to attend all the County Council meetings.
Where was he?
Now there are allegations about his payments of income taxes — earning $222,000 and paying only $21.
We need to remember this on Election Day.
