Letter to the Editor

To the editor:

As a proud Lindbergh resident of almost 50 years and a principal of a local commercial real estate firm, I see every day how strong public education pays dividends in both our community and economy.

Lindbergh Schools has served my family, friends, neighbors and business partners well. Now, the school district is asking us to support Prop R, a bond issue that will not increase our tax rate but will provide students now and in the future with a secure, innovative instructional space to support the skills they need to succeed.

Our clients and customers demand our employees have great communication skills, the ability to think critically and creatively, and possess a team attitude that supports collaboration. A new, flexible learning space at Lindbergh High School will give teachers the resources they need to hone these skills in our next generation of employees.

Please invest in our community on April 2, and vote yes for Lindbergh Prop R!
