Program will benefit hospice

St. Anthony’s Medical Center is sponsoring its annual “Light Up a Life” program this month to benefit the Hospice Endowment Campaign for St. Anthony’s Fern and Russell F. de Greeff Hospice House.

Individuals are invited to purchase a personalized dove ornament, inscribed with the name of a family member, co-worker or special friend they want to honor or memorialize for a donation of $15 or more. The dove ornaments will decorate Christmas trees in St. Anthony’s lobby and at the Hospice House.

For a tax-deductible donation of $30 or more, donors will receive a “Light Up a Life” cardinal red mock turtleneck shirt or a blue fleece stadium blanket.

Dove ornaments and other donor re-wards may be picked up from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday through Dec. 17 in St. Anthony’s Medical Cen-ter’s lobby, 10010 Kennerly Road.

The de Greeff Hospice House is a unique end-of-life care center that provides physical, emotional and spiritual comfort to patients and their loved ones during a very difficult time.
