Kristin Prange, a senior at Concordia University in Chicago, ended her collegiate career being named to the 2006 College Sports Information Directors of America/ESPN the Magazine’s Academic All-American Third Team for the second consecutive year.
In addition, Prange also was named to the Northern Athletics All-Conference Team for 2006. Prange, a graduate of Lutheran High School South, ended her career as Concordia’s leading scorer in the history of the school’s six-year program.
She also holds a total of eight team records for single game, season and career in the women’s soccer program.
A previous member of the Northern Illinois-Iowa Conference All-Scholastic Team, the NIIC All-Academic Team, and the NIIC president’s list, Prange is one of Concordia’s top student-athletes.
Prange holds a 3.92 cumulative grade-point average in the Lutheran elementary education program at Concordia.
She is the daughter of Karen Watson of Oakville and the late Mike Prange.
