Panel sets public hearings on two south county development proposals
February 4, 2015
The county Planning Commission will conduct public hearings on two development proposals in south county next week.
The public hearings will take place at 7 p.m. Monday, Feb. 9, in the County Council chambers in the Administration Building, 41 S. Central Ave., Clayton.
After dropping what appears to be an identical proposal last fall, McDonald’s USA is requesting a conditional-use permit, or CUP, for a proposed new McDonald’s on a 1.1-acre lot at 13047 Tesson Ferry Road, next to the Petro Mart at Butler Hill Road.
In Lemay, Marjorie Cox is requesting a CUP for a 0.1-acre lot for a dental office at 500 Bellsworth Drive, at the intersection of Telegraph Road.
