Phillip and Jessica Palacios of Crestwood announce the birth of their second child, Adelle Marie, 20 inches, 7 pounds, 4 ounces. She was born Nov. 2 at St. Luke’s Hospital.
Elder child is Madelyn Rae.
Maternal grandparents are Gary and Kathy Williams of Kansas City.
Paternal grandparents are Joseph and Judith Palacios of Oakville.
