Oscar and Elaine Daub celebrated their 50th anniversary March 8 with family and friends at Gianino’s Restaurant in Oakville.

Mr. Daub and the former Elaine Devine were married Feb. 29, 1964, at Hope Lutheran Church in St. Louis by the Rev. Oscar Bonhart.

Mr. Daub is retired from American Family Insurance, where he worked for 40 years. Mrs. Daub now enjoys working part time as a mobile notary.

They are the parents of a daughter, Sheila Galvan of Alexandria, Va.

The couple have two grandchildren.
