Rebecca E. Krueger of Oakville has been appointed director of education and outreach at the Animal Protective Association of Missouri.
The APA is noted for its innovative educational and public programming to ad-vance animal welfare. Krueger, a graduate of Southeast Missouri State University, has served in similar positions in animal shelters in Wisconsin and Alabama.
