Jennifer Zelle, daughter of Joe and Kay Zelle of Oakville, and Timothy Knoepp, son of Joe and Denise Knoepp of Oakville, announce their engagement and forthcoming marriage.
Zelle, of St. Louis, graduated from Oak-ville Senior High School. She earned a bachelor’s degree in elementary education from the University of Missouri-Columbia and a reading specialist master’s degree from Webster University. Zelle is employed by Lindbergh Schools as a reading specialist.
Her fiancé, Knoepp, graduated from Oakville Senior High School and earned a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Missouri-Columbia. He is employed by Knepper Investment Properties as president.
The couple plan a Nov. 22 wedding at the Jewel Box in St. Louis.
