Melissa and Allen Niedermann of Oakville announce the birth of their second and third children, a boy, J.D., 20 inches, 6 pounds, 1 ounce, and a girl, Heidi, 19½ inches, 5 pounds, 3 ounces.
They were born Oct. 17 at Missouri Bap-tist Medical Center.
Elder child is Bonnie, 2.
Maternal grandparents are Kathy and Fred Bechtel of Oakville.
Paternal grandparents are Adela and Dale Niedermann of Ankeny, Iowa.
