Mothers’ Club sets annual Holiday House Tour

The Lindbergh High School Mothers’ Club will present the 34th annual “Candlelight Christmas” Holiday House Tour from 10:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 6.

This year’s tour will feature six homes that reflect the unique personalities of the families who live there, according to a news release.

Any day of the year a visitor would appreciate the architectural elements and inspired decorating of these homes, but the holiday season is their time to truly shine, the release stated.

Proceeds from the house tour benefit Lindbergh High School students and staff, including teacher grant requests and the high school’s Renaissance student achievement recognition program.

Participants can start the day or take a break during the tour with an elegant brunch from 9:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at the Holiday Inn Viking.

The cost is $32 and includes brunch or $20 for tour-only tickets. Tickets are available at Don DeFoe’s Flowers, 10212 Wat-son Road, or Merb’s Candies, 11644 Con-cord Village Ave.

Tickets also are available at the Lindbergh Schools Administration Office, 4900 S. Lindbergh Blvd. In addition, tickets can be purchased by calling Kim Nester at (314) 843-1451.
