Todd and Christie Morlen of Oakville announce the birth of their second child, Andrew Joseph, 20½ inches, 7 pounds, 8 ounces. He was born Dec. 22 at Missouri Baptist Medical Center.
Elder child is Jacob, 2.
Maternal grandparents are Steve and Kay Gianino of Shrewsbury.
Paternal grandparents are Josh and June Morlen of Mehlville.
