Moellmanns have girl

Tracy and Jake Moellmann of Fenton announce the birth of their second child, Lilly Ann, 21 inches, 8 pounds, 4 ounces. She was born April 30 at Missouri Baptist Medical Center.
Elder child is Josie Lynn.
Maternal grandparents are Betty and Scott Steinkiste of St. Louis.
Paternal grandparents are David and Diana Moellmann of Cole Camp.
