Mitch Bridges has been promoted to vice president of credit and risk management at Midwest BankCentre. The announcement was made by Ronald T. Barnes, president.
Bridges, of Affton, oversees the credit quality of MBC’s loan portfolio, supervising the bank’s team of credit analysts.
He joined MBC as a loan review officer in 2001. He worked previously as an examiner for the Missouri Department of Finance and as an examiner with the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis.
Bridges earned a bachelor’s degree in finance from Southwest Missouri State University, Springfield, Mo.
