Samantha Menchaca, daughter of Ernesto Menchaca and Lupita Ruiz of Monterrey, Mexico, and Nathan Cook, son of Steve and Cathy Cook of Oakville, announce their engagement and forthcoming marriage.
Menchaca, of Monterrey, Mexico, earned a bachelor’s degree in architecture from the Valley of Mexico University and then specialized in project and cost management at the Monterrey Institute of Technology and Higher Education. She is an architect at Clayco of St. Louis, where she serves as head of the Cost Engineering Department.
Her fiance, Cook, earned a bachelor’s degree in construction management with a minor in business from Southern Illinois University-Edwardsville. He is employed by Clayco of St. Louis as a project manager.
The couple plan a fall wedding at Paniolo Ranch in San Antonio, Texas.
