The Mehlville Senior High School Class of 2006 will conduct a Baccalaureate Service at 2 p.m. Sunday, May 21, at St. Johns Evangelical United Church of Christ, 11333 St. Johns Church Road.
The theme of this year’s service will be “Leading Us Onward.” Participants have worked hard preparing for this celebration and will share their thoughts and talents through special music and readings. The speaker will be Oliver Sappington, a teacher who has helped shape the lives of many students at Mehlville throughout the years.
The service will conclude with a candle-lighting ceremony. After the service, a reception will take place in the church dining hall. The Baccalaureate Service is open to all seniors, their families and friends.
