David and Tanja Mead of Affton announce the birth of their second child, Shelby Marie, 21 inches, 9 pounds, 9 ounces. She was born Dec. 17 at St. Luke’s Hospital.
Elder child is Lucas, 3.
Maternal grandparents are Dennis and Mary Lou Hiemenz of Rockford, Ill.
Paternal grandparents are Arden and Ellen Mead of Webster Groves.
