Jamie and Maura McAlister of St. Louis announce the birth of their fourth child, Hannah Lee, 21.5 inches, 7.14 pounds. She was born Oct. 7 at Mercy Hospital St. Louis.
Elder children are Mitchell, 5; Jacob, 4; and Cole 2.
Maternal grandparents are Jan and Denny Schrader of St. Louis.
Paternal grandparents are John and Jean McAlister of Piedmont.
