Rachel Anne Burnham, daughter of Richard and Judy Burnham of St. Louis, and Timothy James Holdener, son of Richard and Marie Holdener of Sun Prairie, Wis., formerly of Manchester, announce their en-gagement and forthcoming marriage.
Burnham received degrees in civil engineering from the University of Missouri-Columbia and fine arts from Drury University in Springfield. She is an engineer with SRF Consulting in Madison, Wis.
Her fiance, Holdener, received a degree in biology from the University of Missouri-Columbia and is a manager for Interstate Blood and Plasma in Madison, Wis.
They reside in Fitchburg, Wis., and plan a Sept. 8 wedding in Madison, Wis.
